Taking a quick look, since you have calibre installed in the Program File (x86) directory, I'd suggest installing the 64 bit version instead. I would also suggest not placing over 4200 images into a single file. Going by memory (my daughter is the manga fan in the family), her collection of Berserk ran about ~340 chapters in ~40 volumes and clocked in over 9GB. Converting from .png to .jpg using 80% file quality dropped the size to ~3GB in cbz format.

Since her Kobo ereader will display cbz/cbr files, no other conversion was needed. We did leave the volumes in separate archives.
