Cool. I didn't bother with the $5 promo. I've pretty much gotten all of the cheap WS books I'm interested in. I'd be hard pressed to use the $5 credit on anything worthwhile.
I never got digital credit offers for slow shipping. It was always Pantry credits. So I'd choose two-day shipping and get slow shipping anyway. In return for Amazon's generosity, I cancelled Prime and haven't ordered anything on Amazon since Black Friday.
