I've found that conversion to Mobi SOMETIMES interprets Outline Levels (H1, H2, H3 etc) as Numbered, not un-numbered. Thus if H4 is used for scene breaks, each is numbered in a chapter and restarts at next chapter. Chapters are H1 unless there are Parts or Volumes (then they are H1 and Chapters are H2).

Older mobi files made from odt don't have the added numbering. This is maybe a bug in a more recent Calibre where Outline Levels are not checked to see if bulleted/Numbered.
The AZW3 and epub are OK.
Tested Mobi files on Kindle Keyboard.
