10,000 books? Then I'll tell you right now, you're never--never--going to find a one-click option. My own company has converted 4,000 books--over the last 10 years. Of those, about 30-40% are "from PDF," and there is NO easy or fast way to do it. No automated way. No simple or batch-processing way.
I don't know who came up with the project you find yourself in, but--they're screwing with you,
because ANYONE in the business knows, there's no simple way to do this.
If you agreed to undertake this project, without knowing that...well...you've gotten yourself into a huge mess.
