Huh. Weird. Both the Nook app and Calibre are installed on my Surface's C drive. My Calibre library is on a portable drive, but I wouldn't think the plug-ins store that info in the library folder.

But on my Surface, I installed the Nook app, Calibre and the Alf plug-ins, no Nook Study or Nook for PC. I downloaded a book from the app, tried opening it with Sigil in the Nook folder and it wouldn't open. I imported the book to Calibre and was then able to open it with Sigil. Not sure why it worked for me.

At any rate, I wonder if the guys that write the Alf plug-in could have the plug in search the Windows app to find the key.
