Outcasts of Order, #20 in the Recluce series by LE Modesitt, is on sale for $2.99 at Amazon US.

I assume this is to help promote book 21, coming out in August. Modesitt's publisher has put whole series on sale prior to a book release in the past, so it's worth keeping an eye on these if you are interested in them.
