Thanks for the quick reply.
I uninstalled the 2 older versions and calibre is OK. I am going to wait for the next calibre update and see if the current version is still listed with the newest update. Hopefully there was a problem with the installation of a version that I uninstalled. If not, I will do as you suggest and uninstall all versions.
