This belongs in Calibre, I will get it moved

Blanks mean there are no covers in the DB (metadata view).
If you had copied the Library FOLDER over, it would have had a cover.jpg in every title folder. THIS HAPPENS ONLY WHEN YOU SET / IMPORT A COVER. You can't just drop a cover into the folder now. Calibre logs the cover into the DB
