My wife has a Kindle PW3, in her Library section she likes to have all the book covers (images 6 per page), problem is she has 46 pages but only 7 pages show any images and also on p7 there are only 5 covers showing. The remaining 39 pages are totally blank.

I have followed some of the suggestions I found via Google i.e. hold in the power button for 30 secs and let the Kindle reboot, nothing has worked.

My wife uses Calibre to convert non .mobi files alters the metadata to her liking and then sends it to her PW3 from PC via USB cable.

Can anybody help us to get all 46 pages of covers showing, the problem began 3 days ago and we still haven't found an answer.
