I am almost certain that I have eaten a cake in the United States that is made with coffee. I would suggest that you try a Starbucks store--I'm almost certain that they have a selection of desserts--maybe they have one or more with coffee as an ingredient.

There are recipes for coffee cake made with coffee but I can't find any in cookbooks that are currently FREE.
