Office 2016 was a waste of money for me also. 2007 was having some issues with large workbooks that I expected 2016 would fix, but it actually made them worse. I was also under the impression that 2016 had more robust features for using tables in VBA but the improvements were too minimal to buy me anything. I should have used the $100 toward an older version of Access.
