My best guess is that that title for that book in your calibre library does not match the one that OverDrive is using. Note that OverDrive has "aka Mercy" as part of the title for that book.

Thanks - I ran that search just for the first book to keep the log simpler, and modifying the title in Calibre did fix it, so I'll go through the rest of the titles and look for differences between search hits and Calibre titles. Since it was finding all the audiobooks it didn't occur to me that the problem could be with the title...
