The log shows one book being found at multiple libraries: The Keeper of Lost Causes, aka Mercy by Jussi Adler-Olsen

My best guess is that that title for that book in your calibre library does not match the one that OverDrive is using. Note that OverDrive has "aka Mercy" as part of the title for that book.
