I uploaded several books to my Kindle from Calibre yesterday, but one of them doesn't show up in the list. If I search for the title, it isn't found. If I search for the author's name, all his other books are there except this one. Calibre thinks the book is on the device, and the AZW3 file and a corresponding SDR directory are in the documents directory on the device.

I've tried deleting the book using Calibre and then reloading it; deleting manually and reloading; deleting, rebooting and reloading; but nothing I do makes the book show up.

Anyone any idea what might be causing this, and what I can do about it?
