Nova Pro should be released soon and will have both a stylus and a frontlight. But it will be a 7.8" device.

For a 6.8" device, you could try the Mobiscribe being funded on Indiegogo:

Apparently, some backers have already received their devices even though the campaign is not over. But backing a crowdfunded campaign always comes with some risk. Many people who backed a similar campaign by Good Ereader never got their devices even though they started selling them on their own webstore.
