1) Build the missing kernel modules for the BT interfaces.
2) Build and install a general purpose BT stack (Bluez is such a stack).
Note 1: On newer(est) kernels, 1 & 2 may already be combined in the kernel source.
3) Add and test out any up-start scripts needed.
4) Add and/or modify u-dev rules as required.
Note 2: Don't expect anyone except yourself to be interested in generalizing the Amazon/Lab126 Blue Tooth implementation.
I have not been able to stir up any interest since BT first appeared on the Kindles.
