Question Moving Library

I recently used the Move Library function to move my library from my laptop to Google Drive. For the most part, it worked pretty good. It moved 2,400 books successfully, but there were still 98 books that did not get moved and were left behind. The only way I have been able to get them back into Calibre, is to Add them one at a time. My first question is, why did this happen? The next question is, how can I get these books back into Calibre without having to do it one at a time? I should have done the move manually, instead of moving it with Calibre. That's what I have done to back it up in the past, and it worked great. I should have stayed with the method that worked. Thank you for any help you can give.
