I use Defender, and its not happening here, and I don't have any Defender exclusions.

When you say you 'turned it off", how did you do that - afaik it ain't easy to completely disable Defender. Perhaps you mean you turned off the Controlled Folder access feature?

Documents is in the Controlled Folders list - but my libraries are not in my Documents folder.
