The Kobo Aura H2O2 is waterproof, has adjustable frontlighting, and 8Gb (effectively 6Gb) storage. With a 6.8 inch screen, it's the same weight and only a little wider than my old PW2. I don't think it does custom screensavers, but it ticks most of the rest of your boxes.
