Link Stylesheet not working?

I've upgraded from 0.9.9 to 0.9.11 on Windows 7 64-bit

The stylesheet is shown in the tree-view, but I can't tick the box to assign it.

Is this just me? I've reinstalled 0.9.9 and no issues there.
