I've just about quit posting ebooks (without Whispersync audio narration). However, every now and then I run across an ebook that seems to rise above the rest. This is one of them. In part, because the ratings for the book, at both Amazon and GoodReads, are outstanding (and this annotated edition fares better than the non-annotated one).
