I was totally flummoxed when Amazon Kindle announced that their Oasis 2 cover was intended to personalize the Kindle and not protect it. I returned the Oasis 2 and read happily on my Paperwhite 3s until I got a Paperwhite 4...with a case.

I always do Amazon Kindle cases, except for the Voyage and the Oasis 2.
