("only" about 27 MB) consists, as the above, of scanned text (but smaller font size as above) which is not resizeable manually.

This one works too, but the pages load slow since it has to render the graphics for each page. And, yes, the text is small. It's readable, but nothing that I'd spend lots of time looking at.

Not yet. Next revision (due out at the end of this month) is supposed to do zoom. This book may actually work well with the zoom since it has such large margins.
