if you don't need and don't use syncing between multiple devices ) you could even choose not to have your "personal documents" archived at all on your Amazon account, if you use
"Send to Kindle" app instead of sending your books via email.
If the only thing you want is just wireless transfer to one of your Kindle devices or apps... that would eliminate the need for periodical cleanup using Amazon's website.
