Managed to Get my PW3 jailbreaked

Excuse the shoddy soldering

Gnd on FT232RL to GND on AMS1117
5v on FT232RL to Vin AMS1117
Vout on AMS1117 to central pin on the voltage jumper on the FT232RL

I had to apply slight pressure to the sewing pins to get a connection.

Followed the linux instructions for the serial JB. There was no 'diag' menu. Just a diag prompt but

Code:

exit login

got me to a login .

Very happy to have got this done. Out of my comfort zone
