In all honesty, the mozplugger issue is mainly the fault of QtWebKit. QtWebKit tries to load browser plugins that are present in certain hardcoded system locations even though the option to load plugins is disabled by default in QtWebKit (and we don't enable it in Sigil). But there's still something problematic about the PCLOS mozplugger plugin since there's countless other plugins in /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins that don't cause hangups. Mozplugger installed on Arch Linux, for instance, causes no Sigil issues.
