Been a while since I went this route, but I managed to get most Heidegger scans working in Koreader with ABbyFinereader v12. I think a lot of them are still in the torrent maintained by Kokodicaster (or something like that) at rutracker.org
IIRC, I put the OCRed text underneath the scanned pages. So each page is an image, too. To reduce the size of the pdf-files, I rasterized the images instead of increasing the compression. I saved the files as PDF/A, the archive format.
Just tested Gesamtausgabe 29-30, changed to landscape, reflow, etc., still works in koreader.
