IMO, no. It's a 9 year old device, and has no front lighting. I don't like page turn buttons, and find the onscreen keyboards of the touch models to be easier and faster than the physical keys on the older models.
I'd be worried the battery was flat due to age, and if the device has been reported lost or stolen to Amazon, it can't be registered.
