Well, its been five full days without a winner. Without further ado, here is the solution: The number refers to the atomic number of elements. The rick roll comes from the first letter of each element's symbol.

Some of the elements, like Gold and Lead, have a symbol which starts with a different letter than their name. Gold's symbol is "Au".
