Why do you need more RAM?

Swap, but AFAIK, the Kobo doesn't have a swap partition (or file for that matter). It only has the 25mb at the beginning for U-Boot and Linux, the ext4 rootfs (mounted on /), the ext4 recoveryfs (mounted on / in recovery mode), and the FAT32 KOBOeReader partition (mounted on /mount/onboard).
