@elchamaco, i played a little bit changing all of them to some other images,
as for reverting to original screensavers you can tap again on an whatever image file on your nova and select "reset".

i remember Booxstor had a collection of black/white picture at decent resolution on a website in m92 days.
I was interested into the original pictures in order to do minimum edit like adding my name/email to the standard power off image.
Tried to browse system fs with a file browser but no luck.
Should be hidden in some system apk but i got bored searching.
