It was easy to open and close the back. There are no gaps left.
The handle is good for holding the reader while laying on my back. I have the same handle for a Kobo.

Opening the back of a Kindle looked like a risky enterprise, but the Kobo and the Likebook were easy and straightforward. A plastic knife from the local fast food store served as a prying tool.
