If there had been a consumer update file available for 5.10.0.2 (would've been ~200MB), then yes, you would install that.
Since that specific version is only available pre-installed on Kindles from the factory, in this case, you'd need to install at least
5.10.1.2. I think only that and
5.10.2 have been released so far for the PW4.
