Catlady, you can subscribe to a thread by going to Thread Tools at the beginning of each page. Press the button and select Subscribe to this thread. So for example you can do this with the discussion thread as soon as
issybird puts it up. Otherwise, as soon as you post in a thread, you are automatically subscribed to it.
You can do the same thing with the Book Clubs sub-forum so that it appears on your front page.
