The graph I think is reading statistics after you click on it, I personally don't use any of the stock apps on the mars so stay only in the app section and it's worked okay for me. Can you also give an example of an app that is invisible with menus?

I don't see an option to go into the raw android settings. I will try your suggestions later, thank you very much!

I didn't install the stardict, I just downloaded some dicts from http://download.huzheng.org/dict.org/ and unpacked them and moved them to "Internal storage\Dict" . Feel free to delete those original files located in "Internal storage\Dict" since they are just English to Chinese dicts.
PS. Make sure you back up those files before you delete them. You may need them in future just in case.

Ah, I forgot to mention the dictionary as another frustration. That was a huge one for me a few years back and there are quite a few posts from me on this forum about that whole ordeal. I got them working very well on my old device, and expected the same procedure to work with the Mimas, but it hasn't.
I placed the same dictionary files in the 'dict' folder on the Mimas, but no definitions pop up in the default reading app. If I open the dictionary app, the dictionaries are checked, but no definitions.
So... I went to clear the cache because I remember that helped last time... but
under user settings--apps--dictionary is nowhere on the list of apps. (So I can't clear the cache.) I don't understand why it's not listed. Does anybody else have this problem?
I feel like I keep going around in circles with all these problems.
Edited to Add: I don't know if it's because I just installed ForaDict, or because I unchecked "stystem" in the list of dictionaries and got it to stick (I kept getting an error when I did that and it kept being automatically rechecked)... but I finally have definitions popping up when I press a word in a book. Maybe because ForaDict is installed, and probably the system dictionary app isn't working still.
