mobi created in Kindle Kids' Book Creator won't display on iPad
I've prepared a picture book using Kindle Kids' Creator. It looks fine in Kindle Previewer on my PC

The customer has loaded it into the Kindle Reader app on his iPhone and complains that only the cover displays. All other pages are blank.

I can confirm this with the Kindle Reader app on an iPad.

Any ideas?
