Have you contacted Amazon about the mushy button yet? I just got my Kindle 2 yesterday, and noticed that the Prev button on it felt really soft. The other control buttons have a noticeable click to them, but the Prev is more of a squish.

I haven't decided to exchange mine yet, but am concerned whether the button will fail eventually. If you contacted Amazon, what was their response?
