There's a difference between romance (where sexy times or the build up to them are the point of the story) and some other genre story that has elements (these books remind me of the old Spicy pulps).

I've set The Barrow as my next book to read, just out of curiosity. Shamefully, it pushed poor old Silas Marner aside
