I think that Kobo may have moved from a combination of white and RGB LEDs with the Aura ONE to a combination of white and orange LEDs with the Forma. I wonder if this related to a frequently-encountered issue of ugly green blotches appearing at the bottom of the screen of a number of Aura ONE models, as discussed in the following thread: https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=284795

I personally encountered this problem with 4 of them, before finding one without the issue. Perhaps they were unhappy with the rate at which the Aura ONE models were being returned due to unsatisfactory RGB LED lighting.
