99 was the code name of Barbara Feldon's character on Get Smart, so at the very least it should work as a nickname, but I don't recall her character's "real" name ever being revealed. As further evidence of her name's status, here's 99 insisting that she is 99.
Unfortunately, "99" is too short for the Search function to work. I hope that 99 hasn't been played!
