Are you still running the "factory-use-only" firmware image or did you install a "customer-use" firmware?
Which version of the customer firmware?
Note: None of our add-ins are intended to work on a "factory-use-only" firmware -- even if the firmware is the same version number!
(if they do, then it is a matter of luck, not of design)
