in the later part of the game, yes. the first part of the game consists of them tearing madly back and forth through the house in a high-speed RED DOT chase, usually bumping into each other and the furniture several on the way, and occasionally into the walls. after they've gotten the first excitement out of their system and are just sitting there, *then* i do the "catch and escape" game. sometimes they catch it with their paw, sometimes they eat it. sometimes it's on the wall and they have to leap up to catch it.
