Well, they should. You are important!

Show up at the door (be dressed to the nines, having had a coiffure that day, etc.), present your MobileRead credentials. and a one-page summary of how many followers MobileRead has, how many members MobileRead has, the stats about number of hits on the subforums that you moderate. It's imperative that you have a digital photo of all of the cutting-edge electronics that you've bought and reviewed--Alexa, Echo, whatever they are. It is important, too, to pass out business cards (make sure that they've been professionally done). And--this is very important--if they don't let you in, _make a scene_. Somewhere along the line, make sure that you pitch a fit about not receiving an invitation _this year_ (you don't have to tell them that you've never received one _any_ year ). If all of those fail, get on your cellphone, call a guy, dressed as you are--that you've hired in advance--who is a weightlifter or is wearing one of those inflateable (sp?) muscle suits, and have him show up. There's more to add.

Trust me, you'll get in.

I'll go ahead and check on airline tickets. It probably would be only about a two-hour flight from SeaTac.

I am only _halfway_ kidding.

A few of those instructions probably are over the top.

As for me, I hate crowds, and want to stay as far away from that place as I can.
