On my DX 3G I can no longer visit Wikipedia or Google -- none of the bookmarks work. The only way to go to Amazon is through menu/shop in Kindle Store. Yes, Amazon has definitely limited internet on the DX and Kindle 2.

I'm waiting for the sad day when this happens with Kindle 3! There are quite a few still around, so I'm hoping Amazon will leave things as they are. On newer Kindles one can no longer receive and send email. This was a big plus for me, as I am often without an internet connection and I don't have a cell phone. I love Amazon for providing this!
