Strange is when I'm using "ePub disable built-in body padding-bottom", "Reduce top/bottom page spacer" and "Custom reading footer style" together with `Remove recommendations (row1col2) from home screen` and `Remove footer (row3) and increase cover size on new home screen`it works.
