The installation Windows is detecting as being 'in progress' it not necessarily a calibre install, it could be any install that didn't complete 'gracefully'.

Here are some ways to fix it ==>> Fix: "Another installation is already in progress" error N.B. In this instance Win7 and Win10 are much the same.

BTW that was the first item in a Google search for "Another installation is in progress"
