Slightly updated translation tools - python's scripts
Because I use translation tools a bit more often, I decided to slightly improve all three python's scripts - bin2qm.py, qm2ts.py, and ts2ts.py. The last one has option for using untranslatable sentences now.
Note: You don't need the qm2ts.py script more if you are using the Qt Linguist. The Qt Linguist has a feature for opening *.qm files.
