I am using this file from Snapshots of NiLuJe's hacks
kindle-jb-factory-1.2-r15011.tar.xz , upon inspecting its properties it says file size 2.99 kb(3,064 b) and size on disk 4 kb(4096b)

Edit: Using 7zip the peeping inside the contents of the jailbreak file, main-htmlviewer.tar.gz shows size of 593 bytes.
