I'm currently distributing the newsletter in PDF. No one has asked for EPUB; I just thought it would be a good idea. I doubt that many people are interested in reading the newsletter on a small screen. I'm not inclined to make a big investment at this time. Maybe I should wait a year and see if the situation has improved. What do you think?
