Hi, encryptedcypher, I have the same questions in soldering as you, and I found TM800 and TM801 on the otherside of the motherboard,

BUT I found them have some difference as RX and TX while I use multimeter to check them...I found they are little bit weird in resistance.

If you were successfully jailbreak your device as you describe, I would like to see your soldering before I begin my jailbreak using TM800 and TM801.
